• The individual/group must be from Hartford or neighboring towns.
• The individual/group must be between the ages of 14 and 20.

1. Completed Audition Packet Application and signed model release form
• Please note: If you are under 18, a parent/guardian's signature is required on the photo/video release form.
2. Proof of age (school I.D., Drivers License, Birth Certificate)

1. Performers will perform a prepared 90 second piece.  Visual Artists will present a portfolio or examples of work.
2. Your piece will be videotaped and judged by a blind panel of judges.
• Criteria for judging: originality, talent, content
3. You will be notified of the judges decision by mail and/or phone.
