4BECOME PART OF XPERIENCE

All young adults ages 14-20 are invited to join Xperience.

We are currently looking for:

  • Rappers
  • Singers
  • Poets/Spoken Word
  • Visual Artists (Drawing, Computer Graphics, Graffiti Artists, etc.)
  • Promoters/Marketers
  • Personalities/MCs

What opportunities are there for me in joining Xperience?

In addition to being part of a positive show for a large audience selected youth will:

  • receive a 15 week craft development training, presentation technique, portfolio development, and communications training with professional talent coaches and staff
  • appear on the next CD & Concert
  • receive credits and promotional mentions on marketing materials
  • receive an online bio on the Xperience website
  • receive Xperience promotional materials and custom gear
  • be a part of the Xperience Tour
  • have the opportunity to be part of a national movement that started in Hartford

There are three different ways for you to get involved:

4BECOME part of the performance department

Rappers, Poets, and Singers:  develop original works of art using pre-determined drug prevention messages/taglines to produce and record music to be featured on the Xperience Vol. III CD and to perform at the Xperience Vol. III CD Release Show.

Also, supports coordinated activities at the CD Release Show.

4BECOME PART OF THE visual department

Graphic, Digital, Graffiti, and Comic Book Artists:  develop original works of art using pre-determined drug prevention messages/taglines to be used as backdrops and projected images at the Xperience Vol. III CD Release Show.

Also, consults on the development of promotional materials, videos and photographs documentation for show marketing, and supports coordinated activities at the CD Release Show.

4BECOME part of the communications department

Promoters, Marketers, Personalities, and MCs:  promote and market the Xperience Vol. III CD Release Show and featured performing artists. 

Also, consults on the development of promotional materials, develops and delivers a marketing strategy, serves as MC for the show, and supports coordinated activities at the CD Release Show.
